Dr. Richard B. Seely, Medical Director, has been practicing psychiatry since 1980 and addiction medicine since 1989. Educated at Princeton University, Jefferson Medical College, and University of Miami School of Medicine residency in psychiatry, Dr. Seely is Board-certified in Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He is also certified in Addiction Medicine by the American Board of Addiction Medicine. He serves as an evaluator to all of Florida’s Impaired Professionals Programs and to professional sports teams.

In long-term recovery from addiction himself, Dr. Seely’s greatest asset perhaps is his ability to empathize with his patients and provide clear, consistent, and compassionate guidance in their early recovery efforts.  A brilliant and humorous educator, Dr. Seely is able to impart his knowledge in a manner consistent with humility and dedication to spreading the message of recovery and rehabilitation. He has had the privilege of assessing and treating over 80,000 individuals suffering from the disease of addiction.

Ari Kedem

Dr. Ari Kedem, Ph.D.

Dr. Ari Kedem, PhD comes to TRP to run various types of groups each week. He runs age specific psychodramatic groups which include his expertise in Cognitive Reframing Therapy, Family therapy, Psychopathology, Anger Management, Addictions Counseling. Dr. Kedem has received a B.A. from St.Thomas University, A M.A. from the University of Miami, and a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois. He is a Registered Drama Therapist and a certified Hypnotherapist. He has been practicing for the past 33 years.

Harry Henshaw

Dr. Harry Henshaw, Ed.D., LMHC

Dr. Harry Henshaw, Ed.D., LMHC has been providing mental health and substance abuse counseling for over 35 years and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. He obtained a Doctoral degree in Human Development and Counseling from Boston University. He’s trained in hypnosis and Neuro-linguistic Programming. Previously he’s been an Executive Director of a mental health agency, program director, and clinical director at several substance abuse programs, a consultant to a substance abuse agency in Miami-Dade while also operating a private practice.
